Dear All

This is an urgent message for those of you who have agreed to meet the
Indian minister for tomorrow.

The meeting is NOT at the Baku Expo but at the

Park Hyatt Hotel, at 930 PM

Sorry for the mix up. But hope all of you who would like to talk with the
minister can make it. It will be useful to give the minster a flavour of
what the global civil society thinks of the key \ig issues especially
since India seems to be taking a lot of interest lately in global IG.
