Secondly, bidders were offering the cost of their fee for services per domain (registration and/or renewal). ISOC was not the lowest bidder.<br></div><div dir="ltr" data-setdir="false"><br></div><div dir="ltr" data-setdir="false">No, ISOC/PIR did not have to pay anything.
