Este evento tiene como objetivo analizar el papel que juegan las redes comunitarias en la esfera global y regional y presentar el entorno nacional de este tipo de redes en temas como iniciativas gubernamentales para promover redes comunitarias en áreas remotas y descubiertas, las experiencias de redes comunitarias desplegadas en a nivel nacional, proyectos en curso, así como los desafíos y oportunidades en el despliegue de infraestructura que enfrentan este tipo de soluciones de conectividad social.</p>
