The petitioners argue that the system will create a fertile ground for mass surveillance and will infringe on the right to privacy for citizens since some of the data collected is unnecessary. NIIMs is similar to the <strong><a style="color:rgb(37,133,178)" href="https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Aadhaar" target="_blank">Aadhaar</a></strong> system in India. Today, <strong>Wednesday 24 September 2019</strong>, is Day 3 of the court hearing.</p>
