<div dir="ltr">Dear IGC, <div><br /></div><div>With regards to our Co-Coordinator elections, I would like to present to you a tentative timeline and some other issues pending. <br /><br />In a recent chat with Ian and due to some of the replies on the list, I take that we are still to define the following: <br />(a) voting system to our upcoming elections; </div><div>(b) select a small team of scrutineers to liaise with the tech team and help us assess the election results. </div><div><br /></div><div>With regards to the first one, I would very much welcome recommendations from the tech team on voting softwares. I know that there has been some suggestions as to how simple the process has been but we havent yet discussed any options and process. <br /></div><div><br /></div><div>About the scrutineers, this would be a team that would help us assess the election results, run some validity checks and agree on a statement regarding the final voting results. Important to note that, in case you plan to run for any of the Co-Coordinator slots, its not recommendable that you apply for this post. </div><div><br /></div><div>As mentioned before, we will elect both Co-Coordinator slots, the difference is that one of the posts will have a smaller term - 1 year - while the other will have the normal term - 2 years.
