    <p>HI,</p>
    <p>Diego while that is mostly correct. Often the last week has been
      taken up with last minute decisions and changes to resolutions. 
      At the WTDC the discussion and last minute wrangling was down to
      the last minute and so people cannot make changes and decisions
      about the IGF now and will likely pass on it. It will likely be
      people able to change their plans at the last minute but not
      necessarily for civil society and NGOs. If the dates stays the
      same than this could be very damaging to the IGF and its need for
      funding and relevance<br>
