finalize their submissions or probably have finalized yet.<br>

If not, a good last minute way of communicating is via twitter. Try<br>

These hints should also prove interesting for completing your speaker<br>
list from now until December, dates of IGF2017.<br>
<br>
The IGF values balance on stakeholder groups, gender and regional<br>
representation so those who gets their proposal approved can also<br>
strive to complete your list for balanced representation.<br>
<br>
And last but not least don't forget the IGF Intersessional Activities<br>
- you can participate in the IGF all year long and bring in<br>
contributions that will be registered in the outcome documents so do<br>
check them out.<br>
