Milton and Mawaki, and being apalled by the stance which the current<br>
president of ISOC Cameroon Chapter seems to have taken, I wonder whether<br>
it might make sense for IGC to issue a statement in the form of a<br>
letter to the ISOC Cameroon Chapter, in which we would urge the ISOC<br>
Cameroon Chapter to adopt a clear stance that regional Internet<br>
shutdowns are not acceptable in regard to any region and not justifiable<br>
in any way.<br>
