It's OK to use other languages so long as English remains there.<o:p></o:p></p><p>Please do not misunderstand; I do respect cultural and social diversity including linguistic ones. I am not an English native and sometimes feel disadvantaged to English native persons, but I still believe that most effective way of reaching mutual understanding among our global caucus members is using English as much as possible, whether we like it or not.<o:p></o:p></p><p>I don't mind seeing other languages used here, but with minimum, at least, or sufficient considerations for other members.
