Initiative (“Initiative”) - a diverse, cross-regional group consisting
of 23 global stakeholders from civil society, government, the private
sector, technical and academic community, and international entities -
held a working meeting on 31 March 2015 at Stanford University in
California, USA.<br><p>The group <a href="http://comments.netmundial.org/">released a draft Terms of Reference (ToR) document for a public comment period from 1 April - 1 May 2015</a> (23:59
UTC). During this time, stakeholders, including Council members, will
have the opportunity to provide input that will be considered before the
