Users to Their Human Rights!”</b> will take place on <b>3 September, from 9:00

).<b> </b>The Open Forum <span style="mso-ansi-language: EN-GB;" lang="EN-GB">will
ignite discussion with regard to the role and the future of the </span><a href="http://www.coe.int/web/internet-users-rights/guide"><span style="mso-ansi-language: EN-GB;" lang="EN-GB"><font color="#0000ff">Guide on Human Rights for Internet Users</font></span></a><span style="mso-ansi-language: EN-GB;" lang="EN-GB">. </span>You will have the
possibility <span style="mso-ansi-language: EN-GB;" lang="EN-GB">to take an active
role in shaping the implementation of the Guide, proposing concrete actions
that may be included in the Guide Implementation Project.<o:p></o:p></span></p><font face="Times New Roman">

</font><p style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt;" class="MsoNormal">The <b>Side Meeting on ICANN and human rights</b>, which
will take place on <b>3 September, from 11.30 to 13.30, in room 11 </b>(see: <a href="http://sched.co/1k5OqLz"><font color="#0000ff">http://sched.co/1k5OqLz</font></a> ).The Side Meeting
aims at triggering an open and inclusive dialogue on ICANN’s procedures and
policies in the light of human rights, fundamental freedoms and democratic
values. It will be based on the <a href="http://www.coe.int/t/informationsociety/source/DGI(2014)12E%20ICANN-PoliciesProcedures(16June2014).pdf"><font color="#0000ff">CoE
report, written by Dr Monika Zalnieriute and Thomas Schneider</font></a>, that was
presented and discussed at ICANN50 meeting. <o:p></o:p></p><font face="Times New Roman">
