<span class=""><br>It is important that</span> <span class="">the</span> <span class="">IGF</span> <span class="">must very</span> <span class="">well established</span> <span class="">in each</span> <span class="">country</span> <span class="">respecting the</span> <span class="">multi-stakeholder approach</span><span>.</span> <span class="">IGF</span> <span class="">nationally</span> <span class="">is the foundation</span> <span class="">of the</span> <span class="">edifice</span> <span class="">on which</span> <span class="">consolidates the</span> <span class="">IGF</span> <span class="">at the sub</span> <span class="">regional, regional</span> <span class="">and global levels.</span> <span class="">It</span> <span class="">is here</span> <span class="">also that all</span> <span class="">local actors</span> <span class="">can talk</span> <span class="">and discuss</span> <span class="">face to face</span><span>.</span> <br>
<span class=""><br>It is also important</span> <span class="">that the debate on</span> <span class="">the</span> <span class="">NetMundial</span> <span class="">intensifies and</span> <span class="">he</span> <span class="">emerges</span> <span class="">a consensus</span> <span class="">reading</span> <span class="">on</span> <span class="">"</span><span>NetMundial</span><span>"</span> <span class="">initiative</span> <span class="">and its interaction</span> <span class="">with IGF</span><span>.</span> <br>
