<p><span style="font-size:small">This must lead CS to a balanced critical approach on these norms, both in their wordings and in their applications. </span></p>

<p><span style="font-size:small">I have some sad examples in mind from chinese ICT corporations -ZTE ans Huawei, both strongly linked to the State- working in Africa. </span></p>
<p><span style="font-size:small">Another important point is tax evasion or tax avoidance that deprives poor countries from legitimate revenues for providing essential services (Food, health, education) : this is also to be considered as an attempt agains HR !</span></p>
