tax) be allocated to dealing with social issues such as digital divide.</div>

<div>It’s neither unreasonable or unusual for those who profit from a sphere of
activity to donate some of their income/profits to associated areas.
Indeed, some would see it as a worthwhile investment in improving the
environment from which income is derived.</div>
