Europe Draft Recommendation on Network Neutrality </span></li><li><span style="font-family:"Calibri Light","sans-serif";" lang=EN-GB>Prioritisation and specialised services: what is their impact on the Open
Internet? </span></li><li><span style="font-family:"Calibri Light","sans-serif";" lang=EN-GB>Platform neutrality and “new” gatekeepers: can platforms be “neutral”? <span> </span></span></li><li><span style="font-family:"Calibri Light","sans-serif";" lang=EN-GB>Is there a need for platform regulation? Can such regulation strengthen freedom
of expression? Or would it rather reinforce (private) censorship? </span></li></ul>
