working in WIPO to find solutions to the many ways in which trends
in copyright enforcement is limiting access to knowledge in
general, and the role of libraries in providing information in
particular. <br>

If there is anything we can do to help let us know. For now I
propose you try and introduce this into the discussion at CSTD.
Also push this concern in the post-2015 development agenda, as you
have already started to do, and raise it in the IGF.<br>
<br>
APC is also exploring ways in which we can take this issue to the
Human Rights Council.<br>
