Hello,

Sandra Braman, in her excellent book "Change of State" (2009), makes a distinction, which I think can be helpful here.

She distinguishes between “government (formal institutions of the law); governance (decision-making with constitutive effect whether it takes place within the public or private sectors, and formally or informally); and governmentality (cultural predispositions and practices that produce and reproduce the conditions that make particular forms of governance and government possible)” (p.3).
definition, but which don't fit into “coordination and administration”
or into “Collaboration, Communication, Cooperation and Coordination
around admin of tech resources”?
