Calling it exegesis IS the problem the world faces with the US.
"Global" means the world as being US - in this case, an US
e-colony. <br><br>
This misunderstanding is the one which makes them feel correct and fair
when they appropriate all what others have created with them, want to
control it and manage it. Because they are nice people and a powerfull
e-nation, this was accepted so far in the internet area. This is the
statUS-quo (a world cooperation, ... coordinated by the US). <br><br>
We all know the rule that ICANN applies: how to globally distribute
common goods? let ICANN appropriate them in selling them! <br><br>
I am afraid this time it goes a little too far. You wish to trust them
once again because they came and see Dilma. I do not, and many do not
either. <br><br>
This is why the only chance we have to save the day and defuse the
conflict that Dilma announced in the UN, is to well understand the way
they think, what they really need, and possibly use their own trap (the
conference) to trap them into a win/win power/power compromise they will

choice for an internet architecture they could control and spy, and their

This has worked for 20 years; but this time they were in the WCIT
minority and are in the OECD minority. So their strategy is to use their
techies to make CS non-techies believe the Internet with its
ecolonisations constraints they imposed on it, is the best system for the
world. This way CS non-techies are their best protection against
CS-techies who know otherwise but are never asked to think about

How many NSA cases will be necessary to make accepted this is the way
