of my initial posting that if indeed your organisation and others
do seek "truly substantive" evolution/change, why would you also
not say so in response to the WGEC questionaire which directly
asks the relevant question. Why does the responses to WGEC of all
signatories to the Montevideo declaration clearly look like that
they seek *no* " truly substantive" evolution/change?<br>
