Please, let us get real. Multistakeholderism belongs to the wisdom area.
Multilateralism is the way reality works.<br>
Multistakeholderism calls for a multilateral agreement to be considered
in any situation. Trying to intrduce it when it is not is, I am afraid,
only creating an off-context confusion. <br>
What is considered here are international cyberwar laws.<br>
