As every long-term processes the WSIS and IGF projects have birth,

infancy, and maturity periods. Their infancy period is ending (crisis,

RFC 6852, Digital Sovereignty, Bali funding, Google multinational

independence, Global Telecom Treaty, Jeremy Malcolm’s mail, etc.). This

change calls for a general evolution of the Information Society's vision

of the universe and of own self. This is what I try to bootstrap with the

<a href="http://architf.org/" eudora="autourl">http://architf.org</a>

attempt, motivating others' comments (I had a few in French, but it takes

personal time). <br><br>

I will try to introduce this more precisely this week. The <u>IGF belongs

to everyone</u>, and no one is more (nor less) equal than others.

However, if we want this to keep the IGF/WSIS effort being a reality, we

need to understand where we stand, what we are discusing about and how we

can best serve it.<br><br>
