again. For some organisations or companies it is not possible to decide on such
an early stage who will participate in a session in October. Among them are
organisations like the European Commission or ETNO. I have been informed that
they will participate in our workshop (no. 40), but can only decide on a later
stage which person will be sent to Bali. I assume this is not only the case for
our session, but applies also to other organisers.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
