out for newer avenues to control/censor content, because the same
infrastructure can be used for it, on a different note, what is
noteworthy is the Minister’s insistence on need for global

<div>IMHO this is quite late - but at least it's there. The
clauses of the policy are the usual "subject to further
improvement" though it's a step in some direction (as
against the policy paralysis that's been going on the past
year). </div>
