Its sexy to think market forces will keep service providers honest but history has shown this is not always the case.<br><br>The stats on Mexico, I find interesting and wonder if anyone has similar figs for their country/region. <br> <br>As the US faces its challenges to increase ict access at cheaper rates so every citizen can engage, every nation has to decide and act on what's critical to their survival.<br><br>I'll close by saying the idea of capitalism left in the hands of private sector and govt getting out of the way of progress leaves much to be desired.
