NomCom for the Appeals Team:<br>

The reserves are:<br>
 8) Deirdre Williams (first reserve)<br>
 2) Jeremy Malcolm (second reserve)<br>

According to the Charter, appointing the Non-Voting Chair is a<br>
responsibility of the coordinators, with the advice of the IGC<br>
membership. (The deadline for such advice is the end of tomorrow<br>
May 23.) I hope that we will be able to announce an appointment<br>
soon.<br>
<br>
Thereafter the NomCom will be able to start working on determining<br>
the selection criteria for the 2013/14 Appeals Team.<br>
<br>
I expect that the NomCom will also in due course announce how persons<br>
willing to serve on the Appeals Team can express their willingness,<br>
and whether supporting documentation should be submitted to the<br>
NomCom. (I'd expect the specification of the supporting documentation<br>
to depend on the NomCom's choice of selection criteria, so let's not be<br>
too impatient in regard to that announcement.)<br>
