I really like that the PaySwarm guys have delved deeper into payment options and have <br>taken the time to look at the "open web" functionalities.<br><br>However<br><br>I live in Africa and I travel round the continent. And my simple observation is that the same who do not have bank accounts are the same who do not :<br>1. Have access to the Internet<br>2. Have good mobile phone coverage (for some countries)<br>3. Have reliable electricity<br>4.
