consumer research study</a>, carried out on its behalf by Kantar Media, into both lawful and unlawful access and use of copyrighted content online. Overall, there are very few significant differences in the results of the second-wave report and those of the
first wave, which was published in November 2012. The report contains details about the methodology used, and the underlying data is being made available for further analysis.</span></p>
