Apologies if this has already been posted here and I missed it, but
Miguel Palomino de la Gala, Chair of the CSTD, has recently released
a Note on Composition and Guidelines for the CSTD working group on
enhanced cooperation, which is available here:
Anriette of APC has been nominated as the focal point for civil
society. So I suppose that our nomcom will have to communicate its
recommendations through her. Anriette is of course a suitable
choice, but the fact that the IGC was not chosen as the focal point
could also be considered to be a bit of a slight on us. Oh well.

The deadline for nominations is 8 March 2013 - which fits in nicely
with our own nomcom's timetable - with the final composition to be
announced between 11-15 March. The first meeting of the Working
Group is to be held in April-May, and a second on 30-31 May.

Meanwhile, I have published an article with my thoughts in Digital
News Asia at
http://www.digitalnewsasia.com/insights/internet-freedom-in-a-world-of-states,
which summarises a longer version, serialised in three parts at
http://jere.my/l/58, and which in turn will be the basis for my
remarks at a Best Bits session next week in Paris for the WSIS+10
Review Event.
