Hi,<br><br>Have the amendments that I co-proposed been lost.<br><br>I am totally confused about what is going on with this process. <br>I do not know what 1, 2, 3 are. Is on line somewhere?<br><br>Is the vote to wait until every amendment everyone has ever wanted also gets discussed and put on the ballot?<br>
