to as "Initiator") proposed a Charter Amendment.</li>
<li>At the material time, the initiator was not a Voting
Member under the definitions of the Charter, however

<li>The amendment proposal is accepted for Voting.</li>
<li>Voting electronic ballot ( hereafter referred to as
"eBallot") on the matter will be issued strictly to
Voting Members.</li>
<li>Before the initiation of the Voting eBallot, all
voting members are requested to inform the IGC if they
feel that there are other necessary amendments to be
made to the Charter and a period of 48 hours is given
to allow members to respond.</li>
<li>If voting for the amendment commences post 18th
