After a bit of reflection, I now also support this proposed amendment.<br>
I have come to the conclusion that our coordinator elections will be<br>
more reliable in choosing a good coordinator if the votes that count<br>
towards one or the other candidate are votes that are based on an<br>
actual preference, rather than votes that are only cast with the<br>
objective of fulfilling a requirement of having voted.<br>
