<p>The Washington Legal Foundation held an event on 29
November entitled, “Standards-Essential Patents: Where Do IP
Protections End and Antitrust Concerns Begin?” The video of
the event has been made publicly available.</p>
<p>“In our seminar, we honed in on the propriety of antitrust
enforcement in the area of standards-essential patents, as
well as other current issues within the standards-essential
patents debate,” the Washington, DC group said in a release.
“You are able to access a video of yesterday’s seminar here,
as well as our speakers’ PowerPoint presentations, and other
materials WLF has published on this topic. This briefing and
the related materials are examples of the advocacy and
educational products WLF regularly publishes with regard to
economic liberties, and intellectual property in
particular.”</p>
