<br>b) stop the mainly USA entertainment industries (but others as well) from trying to do the same, using the US as the bow-spit and trying to apply their laws World-Wide, using threats and sanctions.<br><br>c) stop anyone and everyone else from doing the same thing, as and when they feel their own particular industry is under threat, even though progress itself would be inhibited.<br>
