Maybe if such countries are given Tier-1 routes for the majority of the international Internet traffic, they might change their policies (especially if there is a good business gain out of it).<br>
<br>However, such countries are focus on other aspects (Saudi Arabia has lots of money that they - most probably - do not care, while China is busy trying to become the next super-power).<br><br>Fahd<br></div>
