I think I'm not explaining very well.<div>The fact of the matter is that Amazon does not do business with my Kindle which has no access to funds, it does business with me.</div><div>And I do not like being stalked by a multi-national - or by anyone else for that matter :-)<br>

I do understand that. What I don't understand is how that comes to be Amazon's business? and quite why, apparently in the absence of any stated policy, although I could have missed something there I admit, Amazon should change its response to me as a business partner - I'm buying they are selling - depending on the IP address which I would still contend is none of their business.<div>
