Yes. India's <a moz-do-not-send="true"

target="_blank">CIRP proposal</a> is very similar. Only
better developed, and with clear multistakeholder input
systems. With a few differences, India's propose a body
inside the UN, and the European Commission proposal, one
outside. India proposes 50 country members, and European
Commission’s proposal 12. <br>
