Australia's <i>Telecommunications Act 1997</i> and <i>Spam Act 2003</i> also reflect the expansion of what Telecommunications was traditionally perceived. New Zealand also recognises the linkages between telecommunications and ICT, see: <a href="http://www.med.govt.nz/sectors-industries/technology-communication/communications" style="letter-spacing:0em;background-color:transparent">http://www.med.govt.nz/sectors-industries/technology-communication/communications</a>. There are several countries who have expansive definitions for "Telecommunications". </p>
