Telecommunications (WCIT) </strong>is being convened in December 2012 to review

Telecommunications Regulations (ITRs)</a> which date from 1988. The ITU
Secretariat has developed a number of Background Briefs on key issues that are
expected to be discussed at the conference, as well as answers to a list of
frequently asked questions (FAQs) that will be updated as
necessary.</span><br></div>
