We are continuing on the remaining discussion on Point B, Working<br>

practice, three stakeholder groups make nominations, and SG will<br>
select - with emphasis on diversity etc.<br>

Additional suggestion to define MAG's  Terms of Reference was also dropped.<br>
<br>
Then we discussed about the IGF Secretariat, and the argument was<br>
around "independence".<br>
Final wording agreed was, "independent of any stakeholder group's<br>
interest" - something like that.<br>
Other editorial and other points were also discussed.<br>

We finished Point B now, (at 12:15 pm), and moving to Point. C,<br>
Funding, the most contentious<br>
part.<br>
