Going through the thread from the beginning I'm picking up a couple of issues which perhaps deserve some more attention.<div><br><div>Roland points to the desirability of continuity, and makes suggestions about how information might be synthesised. Tim mentions this as well.</div>

How do you reach the main points of the discussion if everyone is 'talking' at once? This is not to stifle free expression, but to achieve objective filtering. I think of rights of way in England - if you don't keep walking on them you lose them.</div>
