Wolfgang wrote to the list a couple of times about the importance of a CS initiative to look into current proposals of regulatory principles, and try to find points of coherence, with view to an harmonization. I would strongly support the pursuit of this goal. </div>

We were exploring the concept of bottom up development of these principles and looking for volunteers from the list who are involved within the various regional and national internet governance forums to dedicate one hour slots in their regional or national IGFs to generate discussion and put together what they think should be Internet Governance principles. </div>
