Dear All,<br>

2011 has been a wonderful year us. It has been a year in which we<br>
learnt to disagree without being disagreeable, a year that brought us<br>
success and failure (that is the dynamic of life).<br>
2011 has been a year that we saw terrible things happen to us<br>
individually and collectively. It is a year we made new acquaintances,<br>
an important element in human development.<br>

On that score, I wish each and every one of you a Merry Christmas and<br>
Happy New Year 2012.<br>

Unlike 2011, I wish 2012 to be a year of success and love to you all.<br>
