Luis Magalhaes of Portugal directly attacked the IBSA proposal, saying that it would kill the multistakeholder process. Romulo Neves (Brazil) and Ravi Shanker (INdia) were both there to defend it.</div><div><br></div><div>On the IGF improvements, Parminder stated his view that nobody who claims to support the multi-stakeholder process could fail to support the Indian proposals, whereas Craig Reilly of the US government was completely opposed to the proposals, claiming that they would turn the IGF into an intergovernmental process.</div></body></html>
