A breakthrough on WSIS follow up resolution was achieved close to midnight. Consensus was really hard.<br>The resolution includes an extension of the mandate of the CSTDWG<br>Hope to be able to write more soon.<br>Marilia<br>

not yet seen the text of the WSIS follow up resolution. I had to leave<br>
around 19h00 and there was still quite a bit of work to do then.<br>
