<font face="Arial">I understand the 'complete', implicit if not
explicit, name of the mailing list/discussion list is 'Civil
Society Internet Governance Caucus'</font>. When we take part in a
multistakeholder forum such as the IGF OC, our placard identifies us
as 'Civil Society' unless it specifically notes IGC. I have seen
both used. Theoretically, we espouse the principle of
multistakeholer participation, but we are not a multistakeholder
group, although members of other stakeholder groups may join this
list in their personal capacity as 'users', as individual members of
'civil society'. <br>

They are bound to maintain separation between their different
characteristics, and should not be reading this list with a view to
incorporating its discussions into the practice of their other
responsibilities and duties.<br>

Or at least, this is how I understand it...<br>
