Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) and
Internet Governance (IG) Capacity Development Programme

has been issued to all government and
sub-regional/regional institutions of ACP countries
involved in ICT and IG policy as well as civil society,
business, academia, media, and other interested
individuals or groups.<br>

course is designed to improve ICT- and IG-related
knowledge and skills for participants mainly from ACP

facilitates community-building among individuals with
different national, cultural, and professional
backgrounds.<br>
