requirement for registration applications to be approved by an administrator is
inherent in the software that we are using. There is no discretion on my part
to refuse applications (perhaps except for obvious spam registrations, of which
there have been none so far). If it's a big concern, probably we could amend
the software to remove the requirement for administrator's approval.<o:p></o:p></span></font></p>

www.igcaucus.org) use to access the list of IGC members. Ideally, we would
have our own dedicated server which would host all these facilities... but we
have no funding, so we are reliant on the generosity of sponsors.<o:p></o:p></span></font></p>
