Hi Izumi, Bill and all,<br />I am not familiar with the CSTD procedures and facilities of the meeting room, however considering that not all can organize a travel in such a short term notice, would it be possible to provide some engagement remotely? Probably there will not be remote tools for this meeting, but we could organize with Skype or other options. It might demonstrate that we can coordinate, organize ourselves and be united without being phisically present...<br />[]s Raquel<br /><br />
