Dear IGC members,
the flow of information about this decision might be confusing and it's risk to confirm details yet. However, I have been informed that we might have room to discuss and perhaps change this decision on CSTD Assembly, to be held on December 15-17, at Geneva - http://www.unctad.org/Templates/Meeting.asp?intItemID=2068&lang=1&m=20306&year=2010&month=11
I don't have information about the possibility or requirements to civil society attendance.
[]s Raquel

Is this the case that we contact representatives from other countries, that have been excluded from the petit comité to see a) what is their position on this b) if they dont agree, are they willing to oppose it? c) how? verbally? political action

If you want to talk to Governments (which I encourage) you should head for the corridor outside the GAC room in Cartagena, as soon as possible!

There's also the session in New York on the 14th.
