It seems the adding the answer to Q9 - "focus exclusively on public policy and governance issues" do not have broad support. In that case, we can drop it,<br>unless there are strong support for it. <br><br>Bill suggested to include to add "preserve the independent secretariat". <br>

The Internet is for everyone, and this means keeping the door open.<br>
Avoidance of educational workshops closes it.<br>
